For banner requests, check out the subforum at http://arwen-undomiel.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=36 . You can either post your own thread asking for a banner, post on the main banner/avatar thread at the top of the page, or look into one of the claim threads (graphic makers have lists of banners they're willing to make, and you can claim which one(s) you want).
