Well, lately the LotR boards have been quiet...most of us now hang around the Randomness board and play some fun games, the Your Life board and talk about stuff that happens in every day life, the Clubs board where different groups join together with the same like or fandom, and I myself have quite a lot of fun here socializing with the other Welcoming Team members, and making the newbies feel at home. _________________

Hello Beren, and welcome! I'm Elenmir, or just Miri for short. It's nice to meet you. Like Gwen said, the majority of the active members here hang around on the Life Outside LotR section of the forum, but there are still members here who go on the LotR boards, including myself. The Silmarillion board is quite popular. Well, I hope you have a great time around here!

lol... i'm happy no one did pick that name. Since i'm using it since 1986 when i first came on the web. And on almost every board (Tolkien related) you can go and see that Beren is me! These days there is so little serious talking about Tolkien that i am member of a lot boards, which keeps the fun going on! Glad to be here. Am having fun in the Silmarillion thread!
