May I please ask a question? What's the difference between the outbox and the sentbox in Private Messaging? I'm trying to figure that out.

Hmm, if it's like MS Outlook, the outbox is where a message goes when you hit the send button and hangs out while the system is processing it and sending it on its way. Once it clears the system, it vanishes from the outbox. The sentbox is just a copy of all the messages you have successfully sent.
