You're male n'est pas? I think that it was you that responded to one of those "Am I the only guy left" threads. Well we have a shortage of them so 'tis good that you have joined us.

I'm really bored right now and I don't want to go to bed so I'm just gonna keep on rambling...yeah so my name is Beriadanwen, which is elvish for my actual name. 15, Canada, female. You didn't give us much in your intro so age? country? fave tv/movies? bands? That kind of stuff :)

Welcome! I hope that your week improves! This is a great forum, I'm sure you'll have fun (or at least I hope so) :)

Thanks for the nice note. :bye2: I am kinda nice (unless you steal my oreos :annoyed: ) so don't look for me to go off on anyone. And you are right, that was me in the "Am I the only guy left" thread, kind of threw down a challenge that looks to be unanswered at this point. Who knows, maybe I really am the manliest man here *grin*.

As for that other stuff, I'm "older" (not grampa material but not young) and I live in Alabama (Southeastern *hot and humid* USA), my favorite tv show is Jerry Seinfeld, my favorite movies are anything by Mel Brooks, Galaxy Quest, Batman Begins (saw it Saturday, it rocks), LOTR of course, Star Wars *just ok*, Gladiator (absolutely rules, except for that sister attraction thingy) and (just to show I have a softer side) Sleepless in Seattle, Spitfire Grille, The Ring *huh?*, Out of Africa . . . many others. I have rated over a thousand movies on NetFlix, so movies are definitely one of my passions.

As for bands, I like Green Day, Blackeyed Peas, Eminem (in small doses), Good Charlotte, Switchfoot, and most of the classic rock and roll (with the big exception of the Stones, who I absolutely cannot stand). I play guitar and sing, write songs and write fiction, act and direct live drama when I get a chance. 8)

Let's see, last couple of things, I work in computers and do web sites, as well as work in photoshop. I guess that's a quick rundown.

Well thanx for answering my questions :) I saw Batman on Sunday actually it was very good indeed...Christian Bale was great. Galaxy Quest is another great movie. A Night at the Roxbury and The Aristocats are my faves though :bounce:

I like Green Day as you can see from my avi. Blackeyed Peas are alright not my favorite though...Coldplay, Evanescene, and Garbage are more my style.

I have never started a website and I don't plan to any time soon. It's just not something I think I'd be good at. I have photoshop but I can't seem to make anything decent on it. Trust me, I've tried :disgust:

Oh my gosh - I am so so sorry for not answering your post - so sorry, I didn't see that you had a question.

The pics? The long, rectangular ones are called banners, and they are meant to be used as a signature to your posts. See my signature? I have my name there.

But I see that you already have a pic in your signature. Someone must've already helped you, or you found out yourself. I guess you don't need any more help then? But if you do, please feel free to pm me your questions - I love helping out when I can.

As for cheering you up, I'll take up Larael's idea of singing.
