I don't get how to register. I went to "Register Here", typed in all of the stuff, and then hit "Register Me". However, it only told me that no name existed.

Yup, all that info sounds right to me Gwen. But, I just wanted to clarify that the Summer [Hobbit] Ball is 20 June not 30 June.

Glad you're getting people nicely organised as usual my dear. Talking about the chat and the ball, both as balls is the quickest route to confusion. 
The chats sound good, although if I have my way and get someone over a couple of times, it'd incidently fall on both WT Chat events.  Which is a bummer, but having the said person over will no doubt compensate. 
However I will be able to come to the AU Ball, even if I'm unable to come to either of the chats.

Greenwich Mean Time. The time at Greenwich, England, which is used as the basis for standard time throughout the world. So for some people, if their time zone was GMT-5, you'd take 5 hours away from GMT 9:00 which would help you work out what time you'd need to be in the chat for in your time zone. Does that make sense? _________________
