Hi!
Well, I don't know very well how to start, so I think that it's better to apologise for all the mistakes that i'll do (I've no doubt about it) but I'm Spanish and my English isn't very good.

I started beeing a LotR fan last summer when I started FotR, but for some time I couldn't read anything and it tooks me til January till I finished the three books. Now I'm reading the Silmaril·lion, and I have to say that I absolutely love it.

For some time I visited this website, but I never took the decision to join to the forum. But I think that's good to meet new people who like LotR as much as me (and I'm sure that even more) and with who I can share my LotR passion (I'm not very lucky, just one of my friends likes LotR).

About me... I'm not sure what to say. I'm a 17 girl, quiet and likeable, who prefers a calm afternoo reaing than watching TV (I actually just watch House MD and Grey's Anatomy, and only when I have time for it!)

Well, just to confirm my love for Tolkien's books, I'm starting right now and until January I'll be doing a work about LotR, analising friendship and love in TTT and RotK (I have no time enough for FotR :confuzzled: ) and then comparing the results with the movies.

I wish I can meet new people here!

:welcome2: to AU! This is really an awesome place. As Larael said, don't worry about grammer mistakes and all that. We have a lot of people from other countries besides the US, so it's all good. Welcome to AU, as so many have said! :) I know what it's like to join a new forum where you don't know anyone, so we'll do our best to make you feel welcome. Also, i want to add that while we do have a lot of people from other countries (which is wonderful ;) ), the people from the US are nice, too. So don't be shy of us, either. :P lol Welcome again.
