So.. I know that it is not the correct date, but I've been away with friends for a week but I didn't want to let this moment pass to give a speech

Once upon a time 2 years ago I decided to sign up for AU. Actually I have known the main site a bit longer since I used the screencaps for graphics and used to look up some Elvish stuff. But when I noticed the great lay-out of the site (a manip of Aragorn and Arwen which I still think to be brilliant) I decided to sign up and inquire who made it and how it was done.
I was stunned by the warm welcome I received here and it actually didn't take long before I really started posting here. I remember that I thought this to be a huge forum and didn't know where to start. So it took time before I explored the Your Life section.

What I enjoy most of AU that this is such an open society and that all members have the same interest (Lotr/ Potc/ graphics and so on). Everyone is really familiar with eachother and seems to be on the same level

On AU I also discovered the RPG section which I think is the best discovery since. After 2 years I dare to say that I got the hang of it at least for a bit and I really enjoy to check on them every morning

I want to thank you all for making this such a great forum and especially:

PDie - You're such a sweet person! Thanks for making me feel at home here especially when there I had an AU-depression for some time. I really enjoy the pming and although I've been absent for a while I promise to be back from now

Ara - I don't know where to start I haven't given up on our Potc RPG's and we really should start that new one we were planning to do some time ago. I love your happiness which usually cheers me up

Eru - I think we actually started RPing not so long ago together but I really enjoyed that time. Your charries keep surprising me! Yay for Vincent

JFsie - Grannie! First of all I really love your beautiful graphics and you inspire me to make ones on my own. ( You haven't forgotten about teh Norrie request haven't you?) Anyway although I kinda disappeared from the WT thread (I promise to be back soon) I really enjoy talking to you

Lar - I haven't spoken to you for a while but I hope you're well. Thank you for making me feel at home here

Turie - Woot for your unique nickname Thanks for RPing with me as well! I hope our RP will last long and that there will be many to come

Arwen and the Mod team - thanks for making this such a nice place where everyone fits in
