I already have a company registered in my home country, but I’m thinking about moving it offshore for tax and operational reasons. Is it possible to “relocate” a company legally?

Yes, it’s definitely possible, though the process varies depending on your home jurisdiction and the target offshore country. Some countries allow redomiciliation, meaning you can transfer the corporate seat without closing and reopening. Others require forming a new entity and moving assets/contracts over. I went through this myself and found amazing advice on Offshore Company Formation. People there explained how to transition without losing business continuity or raising red flags. For me, it was worth the effort—I now benefit from better tax treatment and a more flexible business environment. But do consult a legal expert before making the move.
