For Hanasian's question: Chapter 7 In the House of Tom Bombadil (morning view from Tom's eastern window) "the light was broadening quickly, and the red flowers on the beans began to glow against the wet green leaves." (the Barrow-Downs) "Stone rings grinned out of the ground like broken teeth in the moonlight." I like when tactile qualities are set in light. |
