Greetings,
for, what seems, the longest time now I have heard nothing but good things about Arwen-Undomiel.com and so I decided better late than never to join fellow lovers of J.R.R Tolkien  .
I myself have been an avid fan since I could first understand sounds and my love has never waned. I tend to find I'm rather an old-timer in forums but that has never stopped me  (will it be the same here, the road goes ever on and on, so we shall see..)
Some of you here will already know me and those of you that don't are most welcome to get to know mel  .
I look forward to participating in the A-U community . _________________ Wynter

Glad you came to Arwen Undomiel. I am relatively knew as well and like you heard many good things about AU and decided to join. My one regret is I never joined sooner.  Tsk. Tsk. I'm sure your being a bit hard calling yourself an "old-timer".  I for one enjoy talking to slightly older people and I have been very lucky to have met many kind and genuine "old timers" along the way.
I am sure you will have a great time here. If there is anything you need to know then please do not hesitate to ask. Know all I have to do is say Welcome to the AU forum. May your stay be long and pleasant. I look forward to seeing you around.  _________________
