Basically, you post stuff - about LOTR, music, films, books, your life etc ... just look at the different sections, and the threads there and feel free to add your own comments, or start your own discussions. ;) Don't be hesitant to ask questions if there's something you are unsure about (we don't bite!) and checking the FAQ and the rules might help, too.
