Greetings and  to the forum Nimrodel. I'm Elenriel or Elen for short. It's nice to meet you. I'm so glad you decided to join.
To make a banner for your signature, you need to have a computer graphics program...most people use either Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. Or you can head over to the request thread where there a number of people that will be willing to make banners for you, if you tell them what you want on it. Hope that helps.
