Hey everyone, I run a small retail business, and our supply chain is becoming harder to manage as we grow. I’ve been hearing a lot about supply chain planning tools, but I’m struggling to find one that works well for businesses of different sizes. Any suggestions? |

That’s a common challenge, especially when a business starts expanding. What’s key is finding a tool that scales. You don’t want something too complex for your current size, but it should be flexible enough to handle future growth. I’d look for a system that supports both forecasting and resource planning without overwhelming a smaller team. |

Exactly, scalability is important. I came across a really useful supply chain planning system that works for businesses of all sizes. It offers good simulation options and helps forecast demand, which can be a game changer for growth. I’d say it’s worth looking into, especially if you’re thinking long-term. |
