My dryer vent has started making weird noises when the dryer is running. It sounds like something is stuck inside. I’m not sure if it's just buildup or if there's an animal in there. Has anyone had this happen before? How did you fix it? |

That sounds frustrating! I had a similar issue, and it turned out to be a bird's nest inside the vent. |

A noisy dryer vent can be caused by a variety of factors, including lint buildup, obstructions, or even small animals nesting inside. If you hear rattling, whistling, or banging sounds, it's time to check the vent. Regular dryer vent cleaning https://comfortclean.com/dryer-vent-cleaning/ can help prevent these issues by keeping airflow unobstructed. If the noise persists, check for blockages or loose connections in the duct. Sometimes, pests like birds or rodents find their way into vents, causing additional problems. Keeping your vent clean and properly sealed is the best way to ensure your dryer runs smoothly and quietly. |
