| Post subject: | Making focus easier while working from home |
Since I switched to remote work, the biggest challenge hasn’t been the workload but distractions at home. My family doesn’t always understand when I need quiet time, and I end up losing focus too often. I’d love to find something that visually signals when I’m concentrating, so I don’t have to keep explaining myself. |

Noise-canceling headphones help, but they’re not enough. I want something simple and visible that could show “focus mode” clearly, even from across the room, so everyone around me knows not to interrupt. |

Working from home made me realize how much I needed clear signals for boundaries. At first, I tried just shutting the door, but that didn’t work for long. What helped was getting a smart orb for focus and workflow, which sits on my desk and lights up when I’m deep into work. Now, my family instantly understands I’m in focus mode, and I can work distraction-free. It feels like such a small change, but it makes a huge difference in daily productivity. |
