I might possibly change my name to Elwen Kementari, but I'd like people to vote to tell me if they would like me to change it or if they don't want me to. |

Yes, you can change it. But some people change it to often..  That's just confusing.

I think it's your choice. (I myself once changed my name from Silmarwen to the one I have now) but it's probably not a good idea to change your name too many times, otherwise people get confused. I really like the name you have now, but it's still your choice.

Personally, I really like your current name, but the new one you suggested also has a nice ring to it. It's really up to you as to whether or not you change your name, but I'd rather you didn't. It's very confusing to me when everyone changes their names all the time, even if they put it in their sig who the were previously 
I guess I just don't really understand all the name-changing anyway. I've been here almost a year-and-a-half, and I'm yet to change my name (or my avatar ). Pippin's been here even longer than me and also has kept the same name.
So, like I said, it's up to you. Personally, though, I'd keep it the same.
