Hi, my name is Andre and I'm from New Zealand (the place the LOTR movies were filmed), and live in Thailand. I reckon the Lord of the Rings books and movies are of course, awesome.

muahaha..... :pirate: glad to have you here ringil!hope you have a blast here....who wouldnt? :yes: there are RPs, contests, clubs, claims, total and complete randomness, there is a pm'ing sistem that allows people to debate things not permitted in threads (like politics, religion...you know....stuff :fish: )and of course, discussions.....not everything is Lotr here...if you are a fan of other movies, bands, books.....im most sure you'll find a discussion about it, and also a club...and if you dont find it then.....MAKE IT!!! :D :D :D :D

I haven't been on for long, and I'm enjoying myself already. I'll definatly have a look at the clubs. They add a little more fun to things in a forum.

That's ok about the he/she thing. I'm a male.

I can most definatly remember New Zealand. I'm 14 now, and I left NZ when I was 9, and was there about a year and a half ago for a visit. It's a pretty cool place, and I think was the perfect place to film the movies. It'd definalty be hard to talk about much in a single post. Let's just say it's a real beautiful place, with not many cities, and the biggest city we have is only about 1,000,000 people.

Hi Ringil! :hiya: welcome to A-U! That's cool that you're from NZ! And that you live in Thailand now - it's always fun to learn about different countries from the international members! :-D Plus, it's cool to have another guy (our numbers are a bit skewed toward the female side...not to scare you or anything :p) - you should check out the Gentlemen's Society in the clubs section!
