Another newbie...you guys seem to get plenty of those. I am friends with Ringil and Lissesul from another forum and we decided to all join together.

My name is Alex, and I am a 14 year old Christian homeschool girl. I have been looking for a good LOTR forum for a while, and this one seemed to be the best that I could find!

[s]As for a little about me, I really don't want to type it all[/s]. But I will.

I love Christian music! My faves include Third Day(that is the forum that all three of us met on), TobyMac, Kutless, Skillet, Switchfoot, Flyleaf, anything that rocks... :-D

I love to read and write. My favorite books are The Bible, LOTR(blatantly), Alex Rider, Artemis Fowl, Maximum Ride, Narnia, Ryan Dobson books, etc.

That is enough for the moment. 8)

Welcome to the forum, Alex! :) :) We sound very similar, with the exception that I am not homeschooled ;) I've only heard one of TobyMac's and one of Kutless's songs, but I love them both! :D Do you like Relient K? They are like my favorite band ever! :P LOL

Gilrean- I LOVE RELIENT K!!! Another one of my MANY MANY favorite Christian Rock bands...I love most of them, from Contemporary, Alternative, Punk to even some the harder stuff like Demon Hunter!

I'm a big fan of Christian music too, seeing as I am a Christian. Have you ever listened to Bethany Dillon? She has quite a lovely voice, and some really nice songs, though I don't own any of her albums. Anyhoo, I hope you enjoy the forum, and I'll see you around! Have fun! :)
