I didn't cry in all of the movies, exept for the end of RotK the departure to the Grey Havens... But maybe that was becouse i realised there weren't going to be more movies of the trilogy after that..

I also didn't cry until Return of the King and I didn't cry nearly as much the first time I watched it as I did the second and third time and so foth that I watched it...I don't like to let people see me cry. Then I went all to peices. I cried when Denthor told Faramir that he would have rather had had Boromir live than him, when Faramir returned injured, and from the scene when the group is reunited at Rivendell until part way through the creadits.

I cried at the end of ROTK.
I usually don't cry while watching movies, but the end is just so sad.
The saddest scenes are when Frodo tells Sam to leave, when Sam carries him the rest of the way, when they run out of Mount Doom after destroying the ring and think they won't have a chanc to escape anymore, Aragorn's coronation, his reunion with Arwen and the scene when he tells Frodo that he shouldn't bow before no one and, of course, all that takes place at the Grey Havens.

I cry in the end of ROTK, when Frodo leaves, but maybe that is because it was the end..

If I watched them on a particularly emotional day, or maybe late at night, I know I'd be crying my eyes out during all 3 movies. But the only time I've ever cried so far was when Frodo left for the Grey Havens.
