I was impressed the most with the journeys of Sam and Pippin, but I have to go with Frodo because I relate the most to him.

I think it is really sad how Sam, Merry, and Pippin all improved and gained maturity while Frodo like un-improved. Poor Frodo. Mean ring.

I like Pippin the best. He is very funny, very hobbit like. But he does grow a lot. But I do like all of them a lot.
