I'm actually in NZ in the moment and live in gopod old Welly for half a year. I arrived in July and I'll stay here till after Christmas. It's definitely the best country I've ever been to, not just because of LotR. Idk, it's just perfect for me :)

BUT, I will have as of Easter next year!!!!!!! We (my family) have been meaning to go over there for 3 years now, but money and other stuff got in the way, but, everything's looking better than ever for it now, and I'll be going Easter '07 ^^

.. The plan is to stay in Wellington for a day or two, then spend the rest of the time on the South Island (we got rellies there). I can't wait!!!!

I'd love to go there, but I don't think I could stand flying all that way. I live in NY, and have trouble flying to Wisconsin... :blush:

I have not been there yet, but I have the oppertunity.

I'm going to be a Student Ambassador for America in June or July of 2007 and we get to spend 20 days in Australia and New Zealand. I have that and then my father and I are trying to rase money to go to New Zealand for vacation in a few years. I want to go soo badly!

lol, i used to dream the same thing. but my dad doesnt work in teh airlines anymore adn although weve been to random places, never to NZ. my dad has though... grrr.
and its really funny how all of us hope to go one day when were older... its pretty interesting. hope springs eternal.

p.s i dont really know how 'hope springs eternal' makes sense but its tru in this case.

i've never even been there and yet i'm only about a 5 hour car drive away. i was suppose to go there this summer but that didn't happen >_<

wait a minute, you can't really be any length driving away from New Zealand, can you? Isn't it surrounded on all sides by water?
