I didn't watch BoH, I find the general concept a little awkward. Not specific scenes.

Well I'm not a fan film person either, but Born of Hope is more than a fan film. I suggest you watch it and decide for yourself.

I have decided for myself already. I skimmed through parts of it and I didn't care for any of what I saw. It's not my cup of tea, I don't see the point in making extremely elaborate fan films, when the reality is that it's not going to beat or even match up to the original. I prefer LotR parodies filmed in people's backyard to films that try their hardest to be extremely serious when their budget is about $100 000 too small for that to happen.

I haven't watched it yet, so my opinion will be biased, but by the poster I wish they picked a better person for Gilraen....no offense lol

She only looks larger when she's pregnant...and she should be larger when pregnant Her clothes might not be the most flattering, but she's not chubby.

That's her, right? This is really what's wrong with the world - she's not chubby. Plus-sized, maybe. But not chubby. This is why I hate the media and their way of indoctrinating into youth what women has to look like or else they're chubby, fat, etc.

I'm pretty sure that she was pregnant in that picture...but even if she wasn't, she's still a normal sized person.

From the way you're speaking it seems like there's something wrong with her size. No, she's not skinny, but she isn't chubby. It's called being of average weight. Not everyone's supermodel skinny, and that doesn't make them chubby. This is why society today makes me sad.

She's not chubby. Maybe a teeny bit plus sized, but there's nothing wrong with that.

Elenia wrote: Maybe the issue is that she doesn't seem like Gilraen. I don't like the way she is portrayed that much. Think about it, you haven't seen the movie. There are scenes that you have not any clue about. Maybe she isn't over weight. Think about it, this might not be my only reason for disliking her movie portrayal. I don't need to see the movie to see that she's not chubby or overweight. That was my only issue. I don't care what you don't like about her in the movie - no, I don't need to think about it or watch the movie - my issue is that she's being called something she's not because society has basically brainwashed people into thinking like that and it makes me sad.
