They totally lost the bubble on the elves in the made for TV...not to mention the whole things was dumbed down for mass appeal...BAH!

I would lkie to see a remake or live actioon version...so we can get GOOD elves in the Hobbit...

I mean a kid sees that *shudder*, hopfully the read the books or see PJs films and never know the crap that is bad TV

(the Ralph Bakshi elves weren't too bad in the animated movie...but those made for TVs are just ghastly)

I saw the Hobbit movie when i was a little kid on VHS and was cofused at certain parts because I knew The Hobbit inside and out, like any little kid knows their bedtime story. But when I think back on it now I remember the music. "when you look out the window you still see the rain". I don't remeber much of the movie itself but I do remember that.

yup i have always wondered how many types of elves exist. I also heard that Elves are a part of the fairy race is that true?
