Isn't it a beautiful song? I love into the West, but Use Well the Days had a lot more Tolkien in it.

Oh! Yes, I love the song "Use Well the Days" It's so beautiful. It definitely has to be one of my favorite songs....
However, out of the list, I have to admit that "May it Be" is still my favorite

I think I remember vaguely from the appendices, that they felt "Use Well the Days" was directed more from Frodo to Sam, giving Sam more importance since he stays behind, while Peter Jackson wanted to give more importance to Frodo going away, and the journey to the Undying Lands. PJ always made sure the movie kept a Frodo-centric angle in some way, without taking away from the story.

I like all of them, but my favourite is Gollum's Song, because it is so haunting. It fits the mood of the second film as well.
After that, Into the West, and last May it Be.

I loved all of the credit songs, but if I had to choose I'd go with May it Be. It was a real lovely song and I love Enya's voice.

"Into the West" was fabulous! It had so much meaning and feelings behind the lyrics. Since the song was made in memory to someone who had died. It's a very moving song.

Into the West. It is just a beautiful song...and I love the inspiration for it.
Then Gollum's Song. I didn't really like May It Be.

It's hard to make a choice between Into the west and Gollums song. They are very different but both really good!

Into the west. Probably because it's having to do with the Grey Havens. :cry:

I agree with ya Mablung and I think that every credit song fits to the mood of the movie.
I also found the inspiration for it very moving.
And I agree with ya Galadhrim_arrow. That's why I chose Into the west as well..

I had to go with Into The West. I love May it Be, and like Gollum's Song, but <i>West</i> just speaks to me. Annie Lennox did an amazing job.
