Apparently, classic FM listeners have voted the LOTR sound track the best movie sound track of all time for the SIXTH year in a row!
I know we all love the soundtrack and I thought it was really neat to read about this!

I agree! It is my favorite sountrack for sure! The only sound track I like as much (and a few songs in it maybe more) is the one from the LOTR Online game! Lol
I thought it was pretty neat to find this out so I had to share! .
I still listen to the Complete recordings (that beastly 11 disk set) and they are definitely still my favorite after 15 years! Wonderful works of art - I'm glad they're still appreciated by others too!

I agree. They are wonderdul works of art. I still love all of the tracks as well.
I have not priced them recently but might need to since I don't know where my discs are. I transfered them all to my laptop and I think I let someone borrow them after that. Don't remember what happened to them after that.
