What's your favourite song in the FotR soundtrack? Mine's definately The Breaking of the Fellowship. I'ts just so beautiful and full of emotion.. oh I love it!

On the normal soundtrack it would be "A Journey in the Dark" and on the complete recordings it would be a tie between "Prologue: One Ring To Rule Them All", "The Passing of the Elves", "The Great Eye", "Gilraen's Memorial", "Gollum", "Balin's Tomb", "The Mirror of Galadriel", "The Departure of Boromir" and "The Road Goes Ever On...Pt. 1"

I can't decide between several... I love Amon Hen, just because it's so very sad and really captures Boromir's death... The Breaking of the Fellowship, because it's so full of emotion, and it's absolutely beautiful... and May it Be, because it's beautiful and hopeful and just fits so well at the end of FotR.

I love the lyrics of May It Be and Into the West. but I don't like the Gollum's song's singer's (hehe, three posessives :D) voice. I think it's too rough for my liking. I like 'beautiful' (although that depends on one's opinion) voices. :)

May It Be is wonderful. though if i listen to it many times in a row, it kind of gets boring :P but it's nice, and i love Enya's voice. have you heard the May It Be sung/performed by the Celtwomen, i think the name wasn't quite that but it had celtic + women in it :)

I love it sung by Shane McDonnell. it's in the Celtic Circle 2 cd, I love it. it's just so beautiful.
