This is one of my favorite songs.  It's so lovely, and I never knew Liv could sing! [I was probably the only one lol]
But yeah, I know there was some controversy over where the song should be put, but I think it blended in with this scene really well. _________________

She gets her singing talent from her father. This song is constantly playing in my household. Every time I log in on my computer, I have it set up to play. Her voice is soft and sweet, I really wouldnt have it any other way!!! Yeh Arwen!!! Yeh Liv Tyler!!!

I never knew she could sing either Gwen. But I love that song and her voice is perfect for it. Her voice so sweet and beautiful-and goes well with the scene.

I love the scene and the song!! (one of my favourites actually) I think Liv has a beautiful voice and especially in the scene with Eowyn and Aragorn it fits very well.

Yes, I agree that Liv has a fabulous voice! I didn't know she could sing so well!

Surprisingly, I didn't enjoy it.
Now, I'm not the largest fan of Liv Tyler (and I'm not a fan of movie!Arwen), but I do like some of the movies she's been in, and I was curious to see what her voice sounded like.
I don't think the lyrics quite fit with the scenes they go against, and I think the song could benefit with a little clearer sound. I understand why they faded out her voice a bit, but when they moved this to the Houses of Healing scene, it just doesn't work.
I'm glad they added this in, as I think RotK really benefits from all the singing from the various characters (even though Arwen never sings in the book, to my best of recollections), but I do wish they'd "cleaned it up", for lack of a better term.

ehhmm.....okay, yes it is a tad quiet. However, I think it fits perfectly. The mood of the time is sadness and the song is sounded to be saddened.
