i beat the king of the dead on the pc game. it took me FOREVER but really once you know what to do you just have to give it your all. i also used bellaonline.com for walkthrough help.
also when you finally beat him but have to run and fight others to get out, i have found that i think its a matter of time. if you take to long to kill them your going to die so on that part you also just have to give it your all and just go.
it does help if you use your most powerful hit when using physical contact.

That is such a hard level!
Just block most attacks and charge your arrows before attacking!

Use Legolas, Argorn, or Gimli; anyone that can shoot something. Shoot the crap out of him, hide behind the rocks, run when he comes near. That is the best way to put it, really. You can to it by yourself, no problem, though it is faster multiple people.

Lol, my friend and I beat him in a few minutes the first time. But that's with co-op. Single player, just know this - he strikes three times (if I remember right), and then pauses, so you need to block three times and then do something like Orc Hewer. When he does his fire-attack or whatever it is, just hide behind the rock. It's pretty easy that way.

My brother beat him last night. I tried, but I couldn't beat him so I had him do it. The part where the mountan colapses though it tough.

Okay. My friend has the official guide, and it says this. At first, he swings three times quickly, and then has a pause where you can do Orc Hewer or something. When his health gets lower (I think it's after he does his "Wind of the Mountain" thing), he attacks five times quickly, but with a very small pause between the fourth and fifth swings. That's when you need to hit him.

Thanks for the tip Aerandir. I think he's more easier to beat after you have beaten the game and use different characters like Gandalf. I think the second part, where you have to get out is harder because you have those stupid falling rocks...
