So let's see if someone can help me make up a nice Elvish name My real name is Kathrin Franke According to the lists in the other section Kathrin is Manwathiel Frank(e) is Lainadan
I'm not married but have been with my partner for a long time. But anyway I'd like a name along the lines of "Daughter of..." if that's possible - or Arwen plus a second name. My Dad's name is John my Mum's is Eva Maria (Eve Mary), my grans are Irene and Margaret (which I like the meanings of). Or if you can't make anything nice with the names - I'd kind of like to keep either my first or last - I like Lily-flowers and Oak-trees.

Near as I can tell, my name is Bainiel Gwaedhil.
My mom's name is Bonnie so I've got 'daughter of beauty' as my Father-Name and my name is Isabelle, 'God is my oath', but apparently the elves don't reference god when making names so I've just used oath.
I'm not altogether satisfied with it, so if anyone else has any suggestions? My father's name is Sidney which means 'wide meadow'.

At first I thought my name (Heather) translated into Isilwen, but I also used a Name Generator to get that translation. I tried out an english/syndarian dictionary and came up with Sâdhedlothia (Turf flower). What do you think? (I have a boyfriend, but am not married if you wish to give a different translation).
