best way is probably to find out what your real name means, then find the elvish equivalent.

On the A-U.com main site, there's an Elvish section with name translations if you don't want to do it yourself. Here's the one with common girls' names:
http://www.arwen-undomiel.com/elvish/girlnames.html
They don't have Candi, ElfianPrincess, but they have Katherine. If you want to, you can do something like what eowyn of ithilien said: Find out what your name means, find a name on the website that means something similar, and find its translation.

Thanks the Katherine translation is Manwathiel
meaning pure...Candi means :Who is Like GOd I think or something like that...that's all I know and Sweet...THanks for the help!!!!!

My elvish name is Marilla in Quenya and Brithilwen in Sindarin.
...I think the Sindarin one is much prettier. Marilla reminds me of the character from Anne of Green Gables.
