I don't know if there has somewhere already been talk about Dragon Flame which is elvish to english dictionary and other way round that you can download to your computer. Oh and it's Sindarin dictionary then. I've just downloaded it and haven't used it very much yet but I'm sure it will be a great help. Do you others have it? |

Yep I've seen it .. It's the same as the Hisweloke Sindarin Dictionary (online) but it only translates a few words ... it's no good for grammar or if you want to translate phrases or conversations.. only fir single words. |

That's sure it's no use for grammar but I think there's still a lot of good words if I want to check quickly some certain word. But I'd be glad to know if there is some better way to do that. If the Hisweloke Sindarin Dictionary is the same, it won't be any better then. |

DragonFlame is good, though there are a few errors that they haven't fixed, like claiming _mudas_ is a noun. The makers of DragonFlame actually are working on an updated version with words from Vinyar Tengwar that aren't yet in DragonFlame — it's an online wordlist like Helge's Quenya ones, and it's searchable by Ctrl+F. See http://www.jrrvf.com/hisweloke/sindar/online/ and browse around. ![]() |
