YaTT, as far as i know is a powerful freeware to transcribe elvish written in an english like way into tengwar and vice versa. It's free and can be downloaded from the site:

After filling a few details, it is supposed to send a verification key to my email, which is not happening. i sent a mail to the auther, but no reply yet.

if any of you have it or know another mirror for it, please let me know

what on earth is a challenge response? I use a yahoo mail account. By the way, are you getting the key from that link?

Filling a few details?

I never filled any details when i downloaded mine... But it was no more than 5-6 months ago. Things may have changed.

Okay... Then you probably don't have a challenge response. It's when the emails get bounced back because the email is not one you're recieved from before. msg4u has them and they get on my nerves!
I tried downloading it and I didn't get an email either. Even checked my challenge response.
