When an Elvish word has capital letters what does it mean? For example the word...DAH-gore. Why are the a and the h capitalized there? Is it capitalzed to put accent on the first part of the word or what? Sorry if this is a stupid question...

IN pronunciation terms that means when you say it, you stress the part of the word that is in capitals.
I think thats what it means anyways.

Usually, there is a difference between how a word is spelled and how it is pronounced, especially in different languages. So if the pronounciation of a word looks like 'DAH-gore', that is most likely not how the word would be spelled correctly - be sure to check that. :-)

Aye, with the word DAH-gore would probably be the word Dagor -"battle" in elvish. Its only spelt phonetically to assist in correct pronounciation.
