It seems to be written in an orthographic full mode of the tengwar for English, specifically how Tolkien wrote in a letter to Hugh Brogan (the certain tengwar for vowels and all). If so, the only errors made were the usage of r (rómen and óre), the misspelling of waters as raters. However, Tolkien wrote that there was no correct 'mode' set for English, so the thing about the R's is out, leaving us with one error. I admit I thought they had mangled it when I tried to read it in the mode of Beleriand (the full mode I'm most used to), but then thought it would be English instead of Sindarin. |

It looks like the elvish form the Ring so it may be Sindarin! but it's hard to see! |

the one ring was'nt in sindarin though, it was black speach written in tengwar quenya style(which has to do with the vowel placement in the words; quenya you place the vowel on the letter after the vowel, sindarin you place the vowel on the letter before it.) |

Yeah I know it just seemed silly to me that while I "pretend" to be and Elvish-speaker I don't even know Ring-verse was written in Tengwar ...  Eh, whatever.
