I'll just give this a bump.

I'm not a scholar of Elvish by any means, but with the help of a little Google and some Elvish sites, I did what I could.

Thanks for moving this, Eä! I wonder if anyone else can contribute, since I'm not sure if my translation is entirely accurate.
