And I think some of the words might be mistakenly marked. Their stresses are not right.
The author must have taken
ny, ly for single palatalized consonants, so
esselya is marked as [ˈɛs.sɛ.lʲa].
Well, they may be treated as single consonants word-initially, but not medially I think.
In the Road Goes Ever On: a Song Cycle - Notes and Translations, Tolkien noted the stress of
hiruvalye on the penult, also
ómaryo.
