I think the intended words are: the article "the", then the noun "name", followed here by the genitive pronoun "my".
This sort of thing can be fairly idiomatic however, so I'm not sure we really know how an Elf would say this in Sindarin. Look at German for instance, in which there are at least two ways to express this, that I'm aware of; or dive into what
wa is doing in one of the ways to say this in Japanese...
... watashi wa (name) desu...
And see how interesting it can get
