I've heard Quenya is easier, but I'm not sure. What is your first language?

Hi, I have a question regarding Sindarin, I dunno where to look for this so I was hoping someone might know here...

I'm in the process of writing a book, and, I would like to use Sindarin in it, the problem is I don't know if there is an actual copyright on the language that would keep me from using it if I actually got this published. Does anyone know? help would be much appreciated

I haven't tried to learn Quenya, so I'd say Sindarin, but it definately isn't easy, and I speak English as my first language.

Quenya is based on finnish and latin

Sindarin is based on Welsh

Choose the "dialekt" that is more like ur mother language...

My first language is Dutch. But English is also a very comfortable language for me. And I think I've been learning quite a bit of both, Quenyan and Sindarin. Not all websites are specific, if it's Quenya or Sindarin.

I'd say Quenya is probably easier, because Welsh is much farther away from most languages than Finnish or Latin, but that's just my humble newbie opinon.

That would indeed be the easiest for me I think. But I do have trouble finding the dutch translation for a whole course on Quenya. So That makes it a little confusing,..starting in Dutch,..and then switching over to English. Oh, I'll get over it...hehe
