"Earwigs can be a nuisance in the home, garden, and outdoors. The best way to get rid of them is to make sure their habitat is not conducive to their survival.
To do this, make sure to remove stacks of wood, stones, bricks, and other debris that they may hide under. Trim back vegetation and remove piles of leaves or mulch near your home as well. If you have a garden, remove dying plants and keep the area clean and tidy.
You can also use diatomaceous earth, which is a natural insecticide derived from fossilized diatoms. Sprinkle it around areas where earwigs are present, such as window sills, door frames, and other crevices. It works by drying out the earwig’s exoskeleton and ultimately killing them.
In addition, you can use insecticides containing pyrethrins or carbaryl. These should be applied directly to the earwigs in order to be effective. Be sure to follow the instructions on the product label for proper application and safety precautions.
If all else fails, try hand-picking the earwigs and disposing of them in a sealed container. This method may take a bit more work, but it is an effective way of getting rid of the earwigs. More information here: https://0pest.com/ "
