Now, I know I've not shown my face here much lately but I had to tell you guys about this!
A very long (and slightly boring) story short, I managed to find out that this exhibition was being held in my town's local museum, and I figured that I HAD to go to it. I mean, how often do you get to see the armour from LotR and CoN right in front of you?
So, the other day I went down with my boyfriend to go see it. And honestly, it was SO amazing. You really don't notice the amount of detail in every bit of armour and weaponry, and most of them only get a few minutes of screentime. It was incredible! Anyway, I managed to get lots of pictures - sadly on my phone, because you weren't allowed cameras into the exhibition (and even then, a security guard noticed me and told me to stop it), so some of them are blurred, but I guess some pictures are better than none at all.

We had an exhibition like that in a town several hours away from us... wish we could've gone.
