How did you feel when the movie trilogy came to an end and you heard the words 'lay down, your sweet and weary head'. I cried - and i cried so much - every time i hear that song i just cry. It's a symbolism of all that i stand for coming to an end and i know there is no more - Frodo has gone now, it's the finally breaking. He may not be dead but he's as good as.

My heart broke, i felt empty inside. Every year previous was a build-up to this final film and now it was over. I had nothing more to look up to. It was depressing and no matter how many times I re-watch it there is nothing more and it is a bittersweet feeling...

Erm, I didn't cry or feel sad, does that make me wierd?

Howeva, I did feel a bit upset there was no more until the HOBBIT!

I felt really sad because it was over, but I didn't cry. I cried when I first watched the RotK DVD, because then I didn't have anything to look forward to anymore

Yeah it was sad... It is always kind of disapointing when a line of movies like that ends. And then with the sad ending and the song and all... yeah.

I felt more than saddness. It was sort of an emptiness. There was no little hype of "Ohhh, just think of the next one!" There was no more researching day and night to find tid bits of rumors, or see pictures.

But yeah, the feeling sucked... I was seriously [siriusly :swoon:] sad the movies were over... hehhe I love cinemas

I have cried, from the moment they brought Faramir back into Minas Tirith... so at the end I was also crying... but I was also looking forward to the EE of all movies, and now I am looking forward to the Hobbit!!
