Hobbits and gymnastics. Sounds about as likely as Hobbits and aerobics (or kayaking or freeclimbing). Probably a business case doomed to failure. Yould you ever consider taking the job of astronomer at Orthanc if Aragorn offered it to you (in the Fourth Age)? |

I haven't needed (human) swimming lessons since about 1960. For Ossë's pointers, one would probably have to be a permanently sea-going mammal (dolphin etc.; seals wouldn't qualify) at the least to be able to put them to use. I guess that means no. Would you ever take mining lessons from Dwarves? |

Nope, because one does not simply try to explain computers to hobbits. You would be there a whole Age before they would understand  Would You Ever touch a arrow sticking out of a very old skeleton? |

Fat chance I would ever get within a hundred yards of something like that nowadays, with dozens of archaeologists busy at such a site - which would likely be highly secured! Would you ever try out for a Warg-rider force? (for E~S, mainly!  )

The Shire?? Likely not. It would be more profitable to set one up in Minas Tirith where there is a higher volume of traffic. Would you ever set up a bakery in the Shire specialising in 10 kinds of lembas? |

I doubt that "unrefined" lembas would be much of a hit in the Shire. But using - I'm guessing a single lembas type would suffice - lembas as the basis on which to pile loads of sweet stuff on (I'm thinking of doughnuts or donuts in the US), and with an effective franchise system, I could possibly become the richest man in Middle-earth. Would you ever consider opening a logging operation in Fangorn Forest? |
