Heroes/X-men rps Name: Tally Matthews Age: 24 Sex: Female Location: Wherever she’s assigned-currently Seattle, WA Appearance: Beautiful but in a cold way. Fair skin, large dark hawk-like eyes, tall, and muscular from training. Long, dark brown hair and full red lips. High, sharp cheekbones. http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r186 ... tthews.jpg Occupation: Tracker, Abductor, and occasional Assassin for the Agency Power: Telepathy-she can read, speak to, and control minds Personality: Tally is patient and deceitful because she’s been trained to be so. She tells people what they want to hear. She also is very goal-oriented, knowing what she wants and will do what she has to to get it. Though she has a nasty temper, she has a lot of self- control. She is a dangerous enemy. However, to most she is simply a monster but inside she is a very complex character. Tally can hide what she truly feels and keeps her opinions to herself. She is beginning to doubt the Agency and starting to feel slightly rebellious, doing what they ask but how she wants to do it. Bio: Tally’s powers came earlier then many. At the age of eight, she heard her parents’ voices in her head. They rapidly developed and at the age of twelve she was a proficient psychic though her powers were uncontrolled. Her parents kept their daughter’s abilities a secret but out of fear, informed the government. A few weeks after her thirteenth birthday, the Agency abducted her from her bed and took her to their facility. They tested her powers, seeing how much she could do. Rather then experiment on her body, they decided her focus levels, powers, and naturally athletic body would be a valuable asset. They immediately began training her (and brainwashing). Similarly to military or a CIA field agent, Tally was taught how to use guns, knives, tranquilizers and a number of other equipment. Her body was put through vigorous physical training, forming strong and quick muscles. She was also educated in the art of lying, deceit, and spying. Today, she travels the world following, kidnapping, and, on occasion, killing for the agency. Agency=villians |

Name: Keb Age: Unknown. Far older then any human. Race: Vilrae or Elf (depending on rp) Gender: Male Appearance: Tall and stocky with bright green eyes and with sort of longish red hair. He body is well toned and chiseled from many hours of physical and weapons training. He is not the best looking guy around but he is handsome in a boyish, rugged kind of way and certainly not ugly. Attire: leather boots, green tunic with dark brown jerkin over the top, tan pants/breeches. Simple and earthy to blend in with his surroundings. Weapons: A broad sword with an inscription running down the blade, a bone-handled hunting knife, and bows and arrows History: Not many know of his history except for his own race where he is renowned for his bravery and skill (or *cough cough* Falath was to *cough* lazy to make a history *cough cough*) Chosen(yes or no): yes Element(limited to one): Fire Gifts: -Control, creation, or manipulation of fire -Disintegration(superheating a substance/body, until it disintegrates to ashes and dust) -Telekinesis -Assimilation into fire(transforming into a fire form, best used to pass through flames unharmed) |

Tattoos: Three red 'claw marks' on her right cheek making her a warrior, a white starburst on her wrist for being an ambassador, and a small purple star by the corner of her right eye marking her as nobility (Lady). Jewelry: A silver pendent of a phoenix tucked under her tunic Attire: Depends on the occasion. Her normal attire is dark brown pants tucked into knee-high, worn boots with a long sleeved green tunic with tiny silver and purple etchings of vines embroidered into it. Also leather armguards. Though for formal she owns a variety of dresses. Most of her clothing matches the color of her eyes or hair.
