"You better keep that promis." Jaden said softly, fearing that she would get herself hurt in doing what he had asked her not to. He leaned forward and kissed her softly. "We better get some sleep."

Eleshna returned the kiss gently, touching her hand to his face. She smiled softly and nodded, replying in a quiet voice. "I'll do my best to keep it, for it would be foolish of me to go against your wishes...."

Nodding in agreement, she glanced once more at their suroundings then pulled from her satchel a blanket, spreading it in a flatter area of ground beside a rock and stretched out upon her side, being sure her sword rested beside her.

Jaden layed down to sleep, his hand resting on his sword. Despite his words that "We better get some sleep." he stayed up, worried that if something happened he would not be able to act in time if her were to fall asleep. even though Azher stood guard the fear still seemed to overtake him.

Eleshna turned during the night, then awoke immediately, setting quickly to a crouch, her sword in her hand as her eyes searched the darkness. Nothing seemed awry, but still, she couldn't be too sure...

She rubbed a hand across her face, standing and sheathing her sword. Murmuring to herself in a different langauge, she paced a distance towards the crest of a hill and looked over the dimly lit lands, the wind stirring her cloak and hair.

Eleshna could not understand the restless feeling, the want to move on, the urge to be on alert. Seeing no danger, she brushed her fears off as ungrounded and returned to the rock by which she had been resting, and sat against it silently.

Jaden had been asleep no more than a few minutes when Eleshna stirred, her motion waking him. He stood to his feet and went over to sit beside her, taking her hand.

Eleshna nodded numbly, after a moment of stilled silence. She gripped his hand slightly and smiled. "It was merely a dream more than likely..." she murmured, looking at him for a moment, a stange glint of seeming fear in her eyes.

"We should... move on," she added in a mysterious tone, standing and pulling her hand from his. Without another word, Eleshna shouldered her satchel then walked over to Syndar, leaping lightly upon the steed and urging him to a swift pace.

Jaden got up, not going to argue with her. He walked over and climbed on Azher. Soon they were on there way once again. "Is there something you would like to talk about?" he asked her, wondering about the recent happenings.

Eleshna shook her head slowly, "No, I can't.... I mean... There's... nothing to speak about," she murmured in reply, keeping her gaze set forward as they rode onwards.

Finally Eleshna brought her gaze to Jaden. "I saw something.... it seemed like a dream... but I know it had to have been a glimpse of the future... whether it was true or not, I am not sure..."

She took a deep breath before continuing, as though it pained her. "The Shadows returned, after being forgotten, and it brought destruction to many lands... and the blame was cast upon me because I chose to no longer be their master when I used my sword to destroy what had taken hold of you by Mount Doom..." She bowed her head, her gaze set towards the ground, Syndar still keeping an even pace.

Jaden looked over to her, sorrow in his eyes. Once again his soul felt like sinking into the depths. "It was just a dream..." Jaden reminded her, hopping to convince himself as well.

He looked down at the ground, then back up to her. "I woun't let anything happen to you. We can fight this. We can find somone to help." Jade spoke agian.

Soon the still darkness faded slowly to light as the sun broke the horizen, sending out it's blinding rays.

The morning was rather cool for normal. Azher seemed calm, so Jaden didn't wory much about the time presently.
