Constance reached out with her mind to her horse Come my friend we must ride now. She swung up onto the back of the waiting black stalion aptly named Shadow Stalker, for he was as silent as the breeze. She road up beside Gernhart. "Mind if I join the fight?" She said tilting her head to look at him, her silver eyes seeming to glow in the moonlight.

gernhart almost fell off his horse when he saw constance come out of no where. " uh..sure we could use another sword." gernhart saw her beautiful stark green eyes. but then came back to the reality of the battle ahead.

Constence smiled and turned to look back at the comming enemy Do not fear for the princess. You fight, I'll watch out for her. She thought to him. She then dropped back and moved to ride with the group where Raelyn was.

Raelyn saw the person in all black riding the black horse come behind her. she glanced at her for only a moment and then paid no mind to her.

Gernhart road to the front of the company. " men and ladies! here we ride to fight, for freedom that we will not be attacking like this anymore!!!" with that we all lined up waiting for the first arrow to be shot.

Constince sat in silence as she waited for the first arrow to be shot. By all apearances she was perfectly at ease as she studied the enemy ranks. A soft smile appeared on her face as she noticed a gap in the eneny lines, a weak point as it were. "Look there princess." she said nodding to the gap.

Eruraina patted Fuin, her mare, and glanced at Constance, then looked to the hill. Eruraina's face sombered, and she looked to the sky to see two sillouetts circling above. One, she knew, was Hen, her gold eagle, the other was Orlinos, her dragon friend who nested in the Rivendell forest, and didn't get out and see the rest of Middle-Earth much.
How many do you see? she spoke to Orlinose telapathically.
One hundred... at least., as this Eruraina grimaced, the odds didn't look good. Quickly the elf knocked an arrow, and kept it tight, ready for the battle of Rivendell to begin.
"Ten Imladris ar maara mellons," She gave a war cry, and aimed her bow at one of the evil men in the front line...

Raelyn didn't hear constance she was wraped up in her own thoughts. when the war began she shot an arrow at the highest ranked orc she could see. he was shot and fell into the crowd of orcs. they all began looking around for someone else to lead them. they soon through another orc in the dead orcs spot.

Eruraina shot arrow after arrow at lightning fast speed, killing one after another, though most took more than one shot to kill. Orlinos, though still a small dragon, flew down, and picked up an orc with his talons, swooped up hundreds of feet in the air and dropped it. When an arrow pierced the thin membrane in his right wing, he let out a cry, and breathed a spurt of fire at the orc, and flew too high for arrows to hit him.

Eruraina mounted her black mare, and galloped to the front line of the elven army. Raising her sword, she called her war cry again. "Ten Imladris ar maara mellons" and galloped forward with the rest. spears were lowered on the orc's side, but Fuin jumped over them, landing amidst many orcs. With her long sword, Rain did her best to keep the orcs at bay...

"For Rivendell!" Sarien yelled out to the orcs.

*Fea reared high above the ground, then slammed her hooves down and began to charge at the army with great speed.*

*Sarien rode right into the middle of the fight, slashing and stabbing any one of the orcs that dared to get in her way. Then, without warning, a large orc burst from the troup of orcs that Sarien was fighting. Like a flash of lightning, Sarien brought out her bow strung it, and pierced the dreaded beast's black heart with an arrow. The filthy creature fell to the ground and Sarien continued to take down the monsters.*

Raelyn shot Arrows at orcs. she found herself doging them as well. she took her tiny dagger from her boot and stabed many orcs. " may the valar be with us all." she said slicing another orc.

Constance stayed close to Raelyn. She guided her horse to move Raelyn's toward the gap, all the while her sword was ringing wth battle. Once they werein the gap she leaned over to Raelyn and said, "Now ... Swing your gallient dagger over there majesty, you will creat more havic than you ever thought possible here." She then went back to her task which was the same as the one she set for the princess.

At frist Raelyn wasn't going to listen. but she slashed her sword in the direction she was told.

Galadelen and Alendariel galloped towards the battle, Alendariel's bow drawn, an arrow in place. She took aim and fired into the knot of orcs pouring over the hill. Once amid the orcs, she resorted to her sword, slicing and hacking through the lines of foul creatures. She felt an arrow embed itself in her shoulder. Her breath caught, and she gasped for air. She ripped the poision-tipped arrow from her shoulder, and tore a piece of cloth from her garment to bind the wound quickly. She took up her sword in the other hand, and fought once more, but considerably slowed by the injury.

*Sarien was shooting down every orc within her bow's range. She decided to stop using her bow. Sarien quickly slung it across her back, and drew her Elven saber once more. An orc ran towards Sarien, but she easily killed it in one smooth stroke of her saber before it could do any damage. She was too absorbed in her victory over the beast, that she did not see the orc that came up behind her and cut her across the back.*

*Gasp!* That was all she manged to say before she fell to the cold earth beneth her.

"Grrrr, I need to get up!" Sarien said as she tried to struggle to her feet.

*She manged to stand but she was dizzy and in pain from her injury. Sarien slowly mounted Fea and her steed carried her away from where most orcs were.*

Constince moved in what apeared to be a silent blur as she sliced through the uwary enemy that seemed to think it was the comrad standing next to them that had hurt them. constance was so obsorbed in watching Raelyn's back and wreaking havick on the enemy troops that she failed to watch her own. She felt a sharp pain and she gasped as she feel from Shadow Stalker's back. She turned and removed the head of the offending orc. Then pulled her cloke over the dagger wound that was stinging and throbbing in the back of her right shoulder.

Raelyn saw Gernhart fighting and then hi horse was slain under him. he fell to the ground. Raelyn rushes to him killing all the orcs in her way. one orc was hard to kill, his armor was strong and his skin thick. before she killed him he sliced open her hand. she could no longer use her bow. she quickly put it away and pulled out her dager and she slit his throght. she then ran to Gerhart. " gernhart are you ok???" he quickly stood up. his face was bleeding a lot from a cut on his forehead. " yes m'lady i'm fine, now fight or you shall surely be caught or die." Raelyn nodded and faught on beside gernhart.
