Armani nodded, "Alright, Sygnet. But, return soon," he said, standing up, "I must depart, feel free to eat and I have a spare bedroom in the back, so, get comfortable. I will make your arrangements," he said, nodding to them and leaving quickly.

Sygnet smiled up at him from her seat. She was extremely excited.

"Thank you again," Micha said with a bow.

"I greatly appreciate your hospitality. I have a place here in rivendel which I stay while I am here, however. I will leave the location with Sygnet and wait for the departure plans."

Armani nodded and left.

Sygnet smiled again, "Well, I am surprised he allowed me to leave."

"He seems a more reasonable man than he might like one to think," Micha replied with a soft grin. "He cares for your safety, that is something to be cherished."

Micha turned towards a window and glanced outside.

"Now..." he said softly. This time almost as if he were just mumbling to himself. "We just sit around and wait."

Feeling suddenly exhausted, Sygnet sat down on the sofa heavily and leaned back. She felt relieved almost but at the same time apprehensive about the trip ahead. She began to feel the slight sting of her day-old wounds from the bear attack. She wondered how she hadn't felt it before now but, she placed a hand gingerly over the deeper gash on her shoulder.

Micha looked over at Sygnet. He noticed that she seemed to grow apprehensive and when she placed her hand on her wound he remembered the previous attack.

"We should get you to the healers. The elves here will have you mended good as new in no time."

Sygnet nodded, standing, "Are you alright?" she asked, standing and moving to the door. The healers was almost across the valley, in a small little room in the Last Homely House. Her wounds wouldn't take long to sew up but she would have to take some pain killers. Her bandages also needed changing.

(I really want to apologize for the long wait in between posts. I haven't had much time to respond due to lots of school stuff. After these few weeks, I should be more responsive.)

"I'm fine," Micha assured her. "Don't worry about me."

Micha walked outside and grabbed the horses. He led Sygnet's horse up to the steps of the small house so she could climb on easier.

"As soon as we get to the healer we will get you taken care of."

Sygnet small at him, moving her gaze to her feet before mounting her lovely steed. She set off on the small pathway towards the house on the hill.

Micha mounted Syndar and walked slowly along as Sygnet followed on her horse. Once they arrived at the healers house he got someone to look after her wounds.

"This should have been taken care of earlier," the healer said. "But it's well within my skill to heal."

Sygnet nodded apologetically, "Sorry, milady. I came at the earliest convenience," she said, following the healer into the wardroom.

While the healer worked Micha stepped outside. "I'll be back shortly," he told Sygnet. "I have a few people I would like to talk to while we have some down time."

Sygnet nodded while the nurse set about cleaning and binding her wounds with various herbs, potions and bandages.

Micha took not extra time. The team to investigate the growing darkness was forming. He wanted to know whatever information that they had.

He talked to a few people he knew would be well informed as well as signing up himself and Sygnet for the group of soldiers to go investigate.

On the way back he stopped just briefly to purchase some lembas and a few other supplies.

When he arrived back at the Last Homely House he founds Sygnet nearly ready.

She was getting her forearm wrapped up as Micha walked in, she smiled, "I am almost done," she said. Her arms were bandaged as well as her shoulder and one large bandage wrapped around her side. The healer nodded, "There. All set." Sygnet thanked her and then stood, ready to leave. The sun was setting, leaving a bright yellow and red streaked sky.

"Good," Micha said with a nod. He turned to the healer. "Thank you." He handed her a few coins and turned and walked away before she could object.
