Lithoniel heard a door swing open but didn't know what it was. She rubbed the places on her arms where the orcs nails had dug into her. Then she tried reaching Elenanna with her thoughts Elen! Can you hear me? I came with your sister, nieces and children. They are just outside the fortress. You must find them! They are worried about you! Go!
Lithoniel waited for a reply and then went into a rest for she knew she would need her strength later.

Anneth this time decided to react and do something, maybe even on her own. Even though she knew that Isty will come right after her. Falath too. It was the bond which was never allowing them to be seperated for long, or at all in dangerous situations. She drew her sword and slowly entered into that evil place. She wasn't sure what she will find there but Lithoniel's voice was still screaming in her head. She just had to continue.

Isteleth shut her eyes to concentrate, she then drew her sword and followed her sister closely behind, she stepped up beside Arthion.
"She's fine" was all she said to him, before walking on after her sister in the shadows.

Elenanna moved toward the entrance, but stopped when she saw the weapons room. The door was widely opened. Stupid yrch. she thought. She saw her weapons, and moved toward them silently. After getting her main weapons (ie bow/arrow, sword, and blades) she headed toward the entrance, staying in the shadows.

Elenanna's eyes widened as she saw her neice. "Annerueth." she whispered.

Lithoniel heard Elenanna's voice saying "Annerueth." She was still in the fortress!! Urgh! She called out to them softly "Anneth, Elen. I'm in here!" she felt guilty as soon as she spoke. They would have a better chance without her.

Arthion looked shocked at Isteleth. "How do you know? She could be dead right now! I can't lose her! Not again!"

Isteleth ignored Arthion and continued around a corner, the darkness swallowing her, she held her sword in front of her using her elven eyes to see through the darkness.
She went round another corner before walking into somthing solid, but also warm, like a human body, she squinted her eyes, they growing accustomed to the darkness around her, she could then make out 3 figures, Lithoniel, Annerueth and finally Elenanna.

"Aunt Elenanna is it you?" Isteleth wispered into the darkness.

Arthion watched as Isteleth disappeared, he stood at the doorway to stop any orcs from coming. He whispered over his shoulder "Could you hurry?"

Lithoniel heard the voices outside her cell she tried to reach Isty with her mind Isty! Take Elen and get out! GO NOW!

Elenanna was trying to figure out the key to open the door. She turned sharply, and sighed in releif as she saw Isteleth.

Isteleth smiled gently at her aunt, she then turned to Lithoniel
"I'm not leaving without you!"

"Unless you have the keys you can't get me out! You should go now!" she whispered then she added with a sad laugh "Tell Arthion to take care of Rivendell for me."

Arthion heard Lithoniel's voice. Abandoning his post he came in and said "There's no need for that! We're all getting out of here! NOW!" he grabbed the keys from Elenanna and after trying a couple finally the cell door swung open. He grabbed Lithoniel by the shoulders and picking her up to her feet said "Did you really think I would leave you?" Then he moved towards the stairs.

Isteleth grabbed Lithoniel
"Like Arthion said we're not leaving you!" she said, Isteleth strained her ears trying to pick up on some noises, she heared feet shuffeling, and murmerings.

"Yrch!" she cried
