Morohtar disentangled himself from Holly and crossed over to the bar. "I'll have some..." He cut off, glancing at the bartender's horrified expression. Morohtar tugged down his sleeves. "I am sorry sir, but I do not wish to cause any trouble. I just want so food. Could you help me with that?" Morohtar could feel several eyes boring into his back. Eventually the bartender composed himself. "Sure, lad..." he said. "What room are you in? I'll send some food right up." Morohtar frowned. "I do not have a room, but I would take one if you have one to spare." The bartender tossed him some keys and motioned for him to head up the stairs.

Lairiel frowned, then turned to the crowd, glaring, before going to the bar tender. "Perhaps you did not know he is one of my friends? You will pay him as much respect as you do me. He deserves it." she snarled at the bar tender before going after Morohtar. "Please come back down and eat with us, I would be honored if you did." she laid a gentle hand on his arm.

Morohtar smiled to her. "Thank you," he said softly as he crossed over to the table with Lairiel. Holly grinned to him. "Making friends, I see," she teased him. Morohtar snickered. "Shut up, you."

She dipped her head, and sat down with the two. She smiled gently at them bantering, and her eyes went to her food. She remained silent as she ate, then spoke up. "I've paid for another room, you two can stay there and catch up." her eyes were soft as she looked at them. Holly would be safe with him.

"That is too kind of you," Morohtar said to Lairiel. Holly beamed at Lairiel. "Are you sure you wouldn't mind? What about our little thief?" She asked curiously.

She rolled her eyes "Filthy pirate...I'll deal with...it..." she wrinkled her nose. "Go ahead." she smiled before getting up and going to the room. "Behave." she untied Lairelosse. "We need you. I'm a girl as well and am helping another girl escape her cruel uncle."
Lairelosse was immediately concerned,"I did not know...I will go with you." she nodded, tying her bandana tighter, and still looking like a man, she walked back down with Lairiel.
Lairiel nodded to Holly, telling her it was ok.

Holly nodded to Lairiel with a small smile. Holly covered her mouth to stifle a yawn. Morohtar had spotted this. "Time for bed," he grinned as he stood up and waited for Holly to join him. They walked up the stairs silently, just enjoying eachothers presence. "I am so glad to see you again Morohtar," Holly said once they were finally in the room. She readied herself for bed. Morohtar smiled. "Ditto." He moved to lie on the floor, when Holly stopped him. "Don't be silly." She grinned as she hopped into bed. She was asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow. Morohtar lay awkwardly beside her. He watched over her protectively.

Lairiel gave her room to Lairelosse, and walked back down the stairs, then out behind the tavern. She kneeled in the grass, her head hanging low. The tears she would not shed around people came out, washing the mud from her face.

Holly woke the following morning to find herself cuddled into Morohtar. Giggling she pulled herself away and gathered her things together. She walked over to the desk and scrawled a small note for Morohtar when he woke.
"Morohtar, I am down stairs having some breakfast. Join me when you wake up."
Holly smiled as she glanced at him before heading out the door.

She had fallen asleep with her back against the tree out back, and remained as such from pure exhaustion. Lairelosse emerged, and sat next to Holly. "My name is Lairelosse." she smiled beneath her mask, her eyes sparkling violet.

"I am Holly," she whispered under her breath. "But for all other purposes I am known as Hayden. Theo briefed you on our situation?" She asked as she nodded to the waitress for service. The waitress wandered over. "Can I have some toast and a cup of coffee please?" Her eyes dashed to Lairelosse. "Do you want anything?"

Lairelosse nodded "And my name is Gabe." her eyes turned to the waitress "No thanks." she looked around "Have you seen Theo at all?"

Holly smiled at the waitress as she walked off to get her toast and tea. "No. I thought Theo was with you last night?" Holly raised her brows. She set her arm upon the table and held her head in her hands. "Maybe he nipped out for some supplies?"

Lairelosse shook her head. "She didn't sleep in the room last night. Her things are there though. I heard her go down the stairs last night..."

Holly bit her lip tightly. "Stay here," she murmured as she stood up. Her hand dashed to the lip of her hood, she pulled it down low. "I will be back shortly. Wait here, just in case she comes back." Holly turned to walk out of the door. "Cannot be too careful," she murmured to herself. Once out in the open, she looked left to right. Shes a ranger. Rangers like to walk in the wild. Perhaps she went into the woods. I'll start there... she thought to herself as she made her way across the gravel path to the first line of trees that made the wooded area that surrounded the small town.
