Deawen looked uneasy " Argo openly attacked Sen with that.." Deawen said pointing at the bolt in morwen's hand " For an Elsent that bolt would have killed them in an instant or leave them helpless But Sen is not of Elsent therefore can resist the poison." Deawen explained " Argo hoped That Sen's weakness was the same as mine... and now Argo is only a few miles away to finish what he started. I fear the only safe haven for us is Lothlorien " she fell silent she tucked her hands back into her cloak. " The sooner we get there the better " Deawen whispered.

Morwen decided not to press the matter further. The truth would bring nothing but trouble. "Alright," she said simply. "I'm going to...find Drad..." she mumbled, leaving hurriedly. She felt as if she had seen something she shouldn't have.

*Sen listened to Deawen for a moment, and as they stepped out of the tent, he spoke to her quietly.*
If the bolt shot at me was indeed a poison for you, then we must assume that Argo will not be playing fairly, and he means not only to gain control over the Phantoms, but specifically to kill you. No doubt the purpose of the duel; killing two orcs with one arrow. Yet the fact that I came into play has thrown his whole plan awry. You must be as careful as I until the duel is over; for Argo will no doubt try to kill either or both of us before the duel. I will make sure that does not happen, to the best of my abilities.

Deawen's pale face showed no emotion as she stared into the distance. " we are hated and loathed for something we cannot help" Deawen said with a sigh. She looked over to where her horses were kept the signs of a battle ahead were visible the clank and chip of hammer to hoof as her phantoms reset horses shoes replacing the travel worn shoe with a battle ready shoe with a small spike proturding from the front of the shoe. Bredol Reared up and kicked around being stubborn refusing to have his feet worked on, he was ready to charge into battle with or without shoes.
Phantoms on horseback practiced riding in gait in forms and rank. Deawen sighed and seemed to relax alittle this is what she was accustom to the Heat and thrill of Battle not the deligations and meetings the manners and the gossip. " I am not taking the phantoms inside lothlorien, they will wait for me on the eastern side. " Deawen explained As Eston came up Deawen sighed " lets just get this over with before I die of suspence" Deawen said walking towards Bredol who had calmed down at seeing Deawen.

(Just another couple pointers; Deawen mentioned this earlier, but no one liners. Or two liners. Also, if you are going to be a part of an RPG, especially one as fast posting as this one, try to post at least once a day. I try to get on at least that much, and even I get left behind sometimes. Lastly, there are more people than Deawen to speak with; I, for one, Morwen, Raelun, Drad, Eston, any of the Storm or Phantoms; it does not have to be just her. We do not mind you RPing with us; you just need to shape up a bit.)
*Sen looked over his forces, who, having distributed the shields out to everyone again, they were ready to move again, though some were cooking food for those who had arrived with Sen. Raelun came up to Sen, and reported on the enemy's movement; they were three miles away, and closing. Sen turned to Deawen, and spoke.*
The Storm as well shall wait outside Lothlorien, though I would recommend doing this; stay just within the shadows of the trees; that way, we would be protected by volleys of arrows, and the Storm will form another shield wall, to protect us from a charge. That way, as well, the Phantoms' movements will be hidden from unfriendly eyes, and they could strike from an unexpected quarter if need be. What say you?

Deawen thought about it the plan made her uneasy again but she figured there was no risk. " Fine, ' Deawen answered Putting her foot into the stirrups. and lifting off the ground into her saddle. Deawen rode only a few steps she whistled sharply and spun Bredol around to get the Phantoms Attention. " Phantoms! Today is the Day we have all been dreading... we have reached Lothlorien under A cloud of Darkness. But fear not the darkness because we are the darkness! " the phantoms cheered at her last line " No bloodthirsty southerner will take what is ours I swear On my life.." Deawen finished and turned to Drad who stood awaiting orders. " Drad.. Have a small unit take my herd of horses down south away from the borders. Then Move the Phantoms into the trees but go no further than needed and under no circumstances go into Mirkwood. THe Storm will form a wall around the forces..." " Phantoms don't need a wall.." Drad pointed out " I know but Sen seems to think we do." Drad stiffened " Im not one to complain but this out of my understanding. we may be fighting Argo but we are fighting Dragon tears against Phantoms it's a set victory for us..." " no it's not Phantoms still die we need all the forces we can get for what ever this Gandalf has in store for us...." Deawen said softly. Drad nodded and went to pas on the word. It wasn't long before the thunder of hooves rolled away down south and the phantoms began forming formations. Deawen turned to Sen she was shaking but not from fear but of the presence of Battle.
Deawen sought out Morwen " Ready to go?" Deawen asked

Argo stood at the head of a table surrounding him were officers of diffirent ranks. Argo looked slightly troubled by the recent news. Morwen and Eston's escape, and of Sen's wound not effecting him. " You said that the lead arrow would kill him.." one of the officers said meekly Argo tensed slightly " Yes I did say that but This Sen is not Like Deawen...which can mean only one thing Deawen is more mortal than him but now the question is how to get rid of him? Deawen is an easy matter. She will not openly fight Me in a duel which shows she is afriad I now the trick Sen fights Me he is triumphant and she will challenge him and regain her leadership...Now I know her well that this is not her idea...so we have to take him out of the game before the duel."
Argo explained " And Deawen?" argo took a deep breath " Oh I am sure it woulnd't hurt if she was out of this as well but if she must be taken out kill both at the same time we can't afford Sen protecting Deawen"

(OOC: Sorry, my email hasn't been notifying me about new posts.)
Morwen nodded. "Yes. Before we leave, however, I have someone I need to visit." She strode off, with no further explaination, towards Garnath and his cronies' area at the edge of the camp.
~~~
As soon she saw Garnath's dark, hairy face, she strode over and punched him as hard as she could in the face. He gave a yell and fell over backwards, cradling a bloody nose. She took a step towards him and kicked him in the stomach. Several other men rushed toward her, trying to protect their fellow traitor. Garnath continued to struggle away as the first man attacked her from behind. Smiling, she said shortly, "You know, you shouldn't attack a captain." With that, she threw her elbows into his stomach, turned quickly, and threw her left elbow into his face. He crumpled as another decided to try, this time coming straight at her from the front. She crouched as he tried to grab her, headbutted him in the chest, and pushed him over her head. He fell, groaning, and the other two stopped dead as she drew her sword. "Gentlemen, leave this camp! I'm rather surprised that you are so smitten with your disguises that you don't realize everyone knows that you are spies and traitors." She stared at them one moment longer before striding away, taking special care to tread over the sprawled out man's stomach.
SOme of the phantoms started after Morwen when she started to attack but soon saw the Morwen was attacking spies not actual phantoms they formed a circle around the scene and when Morwen strode away they cheered. Deawen watched from a distance she was smiling even drad was smiling.
Morwen turned to the cheering Phantoms and gave an exagerated curtsy. The went back to her tent and finished packing her trunk, found Breda (who was now quite fat), and slung the trunk in its harness onto his back. He nickered angrily. "I know you are no packhorse, but would you rather have this or me in my full armour and saddle on you back?" He looked at her in the eye, offended, but able to see her point. She mounted Cam-Ria and wrode back to where the spies had been sprawled on the ground. They, and all of their gear, were not to be seen. The only trace of them was their tents and some bloody grass. Feeling quite satisfied with herself, she sook out Deawen at the head of the column.
I am.
*Sen said, as he donned his helm once again, the golden phoenix clicking down into place. The forest loomed near, and he was anxious to be moving. He knew that Raelun could handle himself with the Storm, yet he couldn't help worrying that they would battle where he would not. Raelun, approaching him, sensed this, and spoke.*
Have no fear, Sen. We would give our lives willingly for you, though the enemy would be hard pressed to take them.
*Sen smiled slightly, and replied.*
Indeed, old friend. Take Flarenath; I would not think I would use him in this forest. I would like to feel that enchanted earth beneath my feet.
*Raelun nodded.*
I will, Captain.
*Raelun put two of his fingers first to his own head, and then to Sen's, before walking off. Sen shook his head slightly; that was a farewell. He hoped it would not be forever. He turned back to Deawen, and, seeing Morwen approaching, spoke to both of them.*
Morwen, Deawen, we must now make all haste to the trees of Lothlorien, where we will be leaving our forces behind. Say your goodbyes, for it shall be us three who go and hear the council of Gandalf and Galadriel. We go now, to our purpose.
*Sen set off, running at a brisk pace that horses would have to keep up to, towards the shadow of the trees.*
Deawen Looked around at her Phantoms it no longer involved the men of shadows, It was now all to her. Drad Came up beside Bredol and spoke to Deawen " what are ye wait'in for lass? get going!" he said Deawen sighed and dug her heels into Bredol who half reared and half jumped. Bredol Ran in gait (a largo) his long delicate legs moving a side motion but Deawen never bounced. Deawen soon gained on Sen the trees soon became giants Deawen's Horse Stopped short Deawen shifted her wieght back to keep from being thrown, Bredol Had never seen tall trees before He snorted and held his head up high with the whites of his eyes showing. Deawen turned him in a circle and made him approach the trees at an angle. (typical horse) after reassuring and lots of coaxing Bredol was through the trees in the forest. Deawen shuddered she had seen these trees before and not on friendly terms but she knew the trees got bigger the deeper they went. Deawen noticed the forest was warmer than the phantom camp but she did not relax her cloak. something startled Bredol again a noise? or an animal? whatever it was Bredol Did Not like it he snorted and began dancing to the side. a strong presence became appearent Deawen instantly knew what it was and formed a mental barrier.
( Morwen, Sen and i thought it would be cool when we meet THe lady of the wood that each of hear her voice in our heads each person diffirent)
(sounds good. tell me when.)
Morwen followed Deawen's example, but the trees aroused no fear in her, only awe. The trees of Fangorn were saplings compared to the sheer size of these. The silence of the wood was oppressive, and the green of the bark almost seemed like a fog, making for poor visibility. Every so often, there seemed to be a whisper that rippled through the branches of the trees. It was hard to tell if it was a voice or just a stray breeze that found its way between the trunks. All of the mystery made her miss the simplicity of the hills and plains of Rohan.
Bredol continued to snort and prance as they continued. Deawen was very tense her jaw was clamped tight and her arms strained. she was waiting for something to happen the suspence was unbearble. Aernel followed close behind on a long leash Deawen made to keep her out of trouble. Bredol pinned his ears back and started backing up he began fighting the bit tossing his head around. something moved and Brdol reared up ready for an attack Deawen held on but remained silent. Whatever was out there bredol was ready to fight. aernle began to whine Deawen tensed even more this could only mean one thing Elves were close by and the Animals were sensing them.
