She was smiling as she felt his heartbeat, taking his hand and setting it over her own heart. "It was not just me, it took both of us." she murmured, locking her gaze to his, her love seen equally in her eyes. "And we will always be one."

He felt her heartbeat, glad of the feeling.It increased their connection with each other, their feelings growing with each passing moment. He sat down on the bed and pulled her into a hug, burying his face in her neck, reveling in her touch.
He could scarcely believe that weeks before they had both been alone in the wild and fate it seemed had brought them together. They needed each other.

She rubbed his back while he hugged her, aware of his happiness as well. She let out a soft sigh, content. "when should we have the weddig?" she asked suddenly, stroking his hair.

He paused in thought. '' I am not sure. It is your decision, I am not overly experienced in such things. Whatever you choose, I shall be happy. ''
He looked at her and gave her a mischievous smirk. Before she could react he tackled her and pinned her hands down to the bed. Smirking as he looked at her. ''Perhaps it is time for my revenge '' he said as he began to tickle her sides.

"no!" she said, shrieking in laughter, "you big brute! Stop! Stop! Oh mercy!" she cried out, nearly unable to breathe from the relentless attacks of tickling. She enjoyed it. She wriggles under him, tryin in vain to escape. She arched her back, then sunk it back into the bed attempting to avoid his torturous fingers. "are you trying to kill me with laughter?" she laughed breathlessly.

He laughed at her helplessness and at the way she tried in vain to escape.
He stopped for a moment to tease her '' Killing you would be a shame. Yet I need revenge for the similar torture I endured.''
he lowered his head to hers and whispered '' yet another impass'' he lightly licked her lips and then resumed tickling her.

Her heart went crazy at the contact. And a thrill went through her. Then he started tickling her again. "Ok! Ok! Anything to make you stop!" she laughed, "I'll do anything!" she squeaked and arched her back again as he hit an even more sensitive spot on her side.

He could not deny that he enjoyed her pleading.
He leaned down towards her ''Perhaps.... I could show you mercy.''
''Or perhaps not'' he added as he slowly stroked her side, deciding whether to continue or not.
''I choose to release you... for now'' he said freeing her hands. He lowered his head and kissed her deeply.

She returned the kiss, reaching up and tugging him closer on top of her. It was pure magic, she decided, as his lips moved over hers. She needed him. Her kiss became more urgent, seeking the kind of love and contact she knew he could, and would give. This was how it should be, and it was how it would remain.

He was closer to her now. Enjoying the taste of her lips and the warmth of her body. He stroked her hair and caressed her cheek before moving so she now lay on top of him. He wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer to him.
he was enjoying every second, savoring her presence.

She snuggled deeply, not wanting to ever leave his side, and now she wouldn't. She smiled, laying her head down on his chest. She looked out the window and saw...black smoke in the distance? She raised her head, troubled, wondering if it was the orcs.

Niko stood up, unsure. Then came a knock at the door. Moving quickly accross the room he opened it "Your father requests your presence immediately" a servant told them. Niko looked to Nienna, ready to follow her.

"thank you." she said to the servant before grabbing Niko's hand and pulling him out the door to and to her father's study. She walks in and curtsied. "you wish to see us, Father?" she said quietly, yet with confidence.

Faramir surveyed them both for a moment before saying shortly, ''Osgiliath has been besieged. There are orcs and some easterlings of considerable number.''
That was where the smoke came from
''What must we do?'' he asked, gripping Nienna's hand tighter, slightly pleased he would likely be able to travel with her again, albeit in these circumstances.

"Father, if there are considerable numbers and it has already been taken, should we not set up our defenses here in the city and not lose more lives in osgiliath than necessary?" she was not sure if they should try to gain it back or keep their defenses strong here in the city. She squeezed Niko's hand back, grateful for the strength she gained from it.

''There are still those in Osgiliath who as we speak defend it. They are trapped unable to leave. We can not leave them to their fate.''
Niko began to think and then he spoke.
''You plan to launch an assault on the enemy?'' he asked.
Faramir paused and then nodded grimly. '' We need to at the very least deter them from attacking any further.''
Niko looked to Nienna '' what do you think?'' he asked.
Before she could answer, there came a knock at the door.A man, who seemed of military importance entered and whispered something to Faramir before departing swiftly.
''Osgiliath has fallen'' he said quietly. ''and they intend to move towards Minas Tirith next'' he added.
